Are the ants actually helping the flowers bloom? I’m not sure, but the ants are absolutely everywhere in my garden and crawling on these flowers. These photos were taken with the Canon EOS 5D Mark ii and the 24 – 70mm 2.8. Much much better quality then the G9′s photos in “June’s Soon to Bloom” post. I’ll be borrowing it again for Canada Day with the 100mm Macro! Hopefully a couple bloom in the next day so that I can use that lens to capture it!
