Last week, I was in the mood for actually cooking. I learned that I don’t really like lobster. I knew that before, but since I’m older I thought that I may have liked it. No, not at all. I’ll stick to shrimp and crab. With lobster, we had beef tenderloin medallions wrapped in bacon… and those need to be cooked the on the BBQ to suit my liking. On Saturday, we made pizza. I wouldn’t say it as the best ever, but it was decent. It was fun to make though… that’s the best part.
